My priority is to create the maximum amount of market exposure for each and every one of my featured listings, so that the highest and best selling price can be achieved.

AN UPDATE: The market continues to be strong into the late fall with inventory low and buyers continuing to seek good product.  In my opinion, this strong real estate market makes it the ideal time for sellers to capitalize on the strong supply and demand dynamic in our region!
