A picturesque private island with magnificent sunsets just west of the Sister Islands, Georgian Bay. Located just south of Killbear Provincial Park, this beautiful 1.4 acre island is surrounded by the pristine waters of Georgian Bay, with a sheltered deep harbour on the south side of the island ideal for docking boats and/or planes.  The protected harbour is positioned to protect against the weather of the Bay, while the other side of the island,  enjoy long open views across the water.

A very private setting, the topography is a mixture of granite rock outcroppings, a level lot with natural ground cover, exposed rock and mature trees. The crystal clear water is ideal for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply enjoying the quiet and solitude of the island.  A great location for boating and personal watercraft on the spectacular waters of Georgian Bay.

The main 1650 sq ft cottage is very welcoming with a well appointed kitchen, living room with vaulted ceilings, free standing wood stove, windows overlooking the water, and offers three well sized bedrooms with a 4 piece main bathroom.  A lovely Muskoka Room has a wonderful view toward Killbear Park and is ideal for entertaining.   The laundry/utility room is conveniently located off of the kitchen.  For additional guests, there is a guest cabin resting at the water’s edge.  The lovely appointed privy with a view of the lake is also a guest favourite!

Killbear Marina is only 5.2 km by boat, while Wasauksing Marina is 9 km by boat.  A separate land lot for parking and boat launch MAY BE available and is a very short distance from the island.

A wonderful opportunity to own your own private island within the exquisite 30,000 islands of Georgian Bay!
