For years, my wife and I have been coming to the Woods Bay, Georgian Bay area for the excellent camping and fishing found there. After the amputation of Hope’s right leg it was apparent that we could no longer continue to live safely in our water access island home of thirty years. The cottage was listed and pictures taken and on MLS in a few days, 2 weeks later we had 2 offers in a time when cottages weren't selling. Gary went over and above when a few days before closing we had issues with our water supply, bringing in his own plumber and personally overseeing the repairs.
